The Hoyas looked like a potential Final Four team. Lately, however, they have struggled against their fellow Big East teams. Their most recent loss came at the hands of the West Virginia Mountaineers, who crushed the Hoyas 75-58.

Da’Sean Butler scored 37 points for the Mountaineers, who forced 19 turnovers. In the second half of the game, West Virginia shot 58 percent compared to Georgetown’s 33 percent. The Mountaineers, who have the number 1 scoring defense in the very talented Big East, are now 3-2 in their conferance (14-4 overall) and hope to make it 4-2 against 4th ranked Pittsburgh on Sunday.
