Michael Jordan had the greatest career that any basketball player could have hoped for, and yet, when his son Marcus lead Chicago Whitney Young to a 69-66 victory over Waukegan in the Illinois Class 4A High School championship, he found himself in tears. In fact, in response to a reporter’s question, he said “I’m not crying. Not for me anyway.”

Marcus Jordan scored a game-high 19 points, as well as, hitting four free throws in the final three minuts of the game to seal the win.

Marcus described the win as “Awesome. Just Awesome.”

I have always been a fan of his airness but when i sat in the arena at the cicic center in Peoria and saw his son play all i could say was man this kid is a leader, and the respect he shows his teammates was impressive, i loved how Mike didnt say a word as his son was playing no comments or yelling at the refs, he has raised Marcus very well and set a fine example for him i am now not only a fan of Mr. Jordan But now I am a Fan of the Jordan Family.
