It was all Kobe on Friday night when the Lakers hosted the Utah Jazz, getting the 113-100 win. Bryant scored 40 points in the big win. Pau Gasol added a further blow to the Jazz when he scored 21 points and had 11 rebounds. This loss was the latest for a slumping Utah team that has lost four of their last six and three in a row.

The Lakers will look to continue their winning streak on Sunday, when they host Portland.
